Frame 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Frame（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

  1. 適用：本規約は本アプリの利用に関する一切に適用されます。App Store を通じて配信される本アプリには、Apple の「Licensed Application End User License Agreement（標準EULA）」も適用され、本規約はこれを補完します。
  2. ライセンス：本アプリの提供者は、ユーザーに対し、本アプリを私的に利用するための非独占的かつ譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。本アプリの複製・改変・再配布・リバースエンジニアリングは、法令で認められる範囲を除き禁止します。
  3. アプリ内課金：天気ウィジェットは非消費型（買い切り）のアプリ内課金です。決済および返金は Apple の App Store のポリシーに従って処理され、本アプリの提供者は個別の返金対応を行いません。返金は Apple にお問い合わせください。
  4. 第三者サービス：天気情報は Open-Meteo により提供されます。天気データの正確性・完全性・可用性について、本アプリの提供者は保証しません。
  5. ユーザーのコンテンツ：本アプリは端末内の写真を表示します。表示される写真等のコンテンツはユーザー自身の責任において管理されるものとし、本アプリはこれらを外部に送信しません。
  6. 免責事項：本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。
  7. 責任の制限：適用される法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因する間接損害・付随的損害・結果的損害について、本アプリの提供者は責任を負いません。
  8. 本規約の変更：本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
  9. 準拠法：本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

Frame Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Frame (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Scope: These Terms apply to all use of the App. As the App is distributed via the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) also applies, and these Terms supplement it.
  2. License: The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. Copying, modifying, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the App is prohibited except as permitted by law.
  3. In-App Purchase: The Weather widget is a non-consumable (one-time) in-app purchase. Payments and refunds are handled under Apple’s App Store policies; the developer does not process individual refunds. Please contact Apple for refunds.
  4. Third-Party Services: Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo. The developer does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of weather data.
  5. Your Content: The App displays photos stored on your device. You are responsible for such content; the App does not transmit it externally.
  6. Disclaimer: The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  7. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
  8. Changes: These Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
